Finish off the ends of your dowel pieces with one of these dowel caps. This cap is 5/8" tall with a 5/8" diameter. The hole has a 5/16" diameter and is drilled 5/16" deep. Sold individually. This cap is shown on doweling (not included).
Helpful Tip: Ends of 5/16" dia dowel may require light sanding to accept the dowel caps.
