Custom Laser Cutting

General Information about Stockade's Custom Laser Cutting:

Because Stockade has its own laser cutter, we have complete flexibility to manufacture and design wood cutouts for artists and crafters. We currently cut shapes for many of the books and painting packets that you see in the market today. As well, we cut specialty items for designers, crafters, event planners and community groups to use in their own creations.

Requirements for custom cutting:

Drawing – If the shape is a straight geometric cut (square, rectangle, circle etc), we can give a quote without a drawing as long as exact measurements are given. For a detailed or "freeform" design, we require a full size drawing. The drawing should have at least two dimensions listed (i.e. height and width) so we can size your surface correctly (indicate clearly where any holes and/or cutout portions are located). Artwork submissions can be made by sending PDF images by email (or drawings by mail or fax). Images must be your original artwork or not otherwise copyrighted.

Pricing – The price will depend on the size and complexity of your item. Because every design is unique and original, Stockade will give a special quote on each submission for cutting. The price will depend on the size and complexity of the item. Please be aware that we have a minimum order requirement for each custom shape of $40 (ie: if your custom shape is priced at $10, a minimum of 4pc would be required for purchase).

Timing - Please supply the date required (allow two weeks minimum).

Payment - Please note that specialty laser cutting orders require full payment prior to cutting. We are unable to provide returns/refunds on custom orders.
