Q. Can I checkout as a "Guest", rather than signing up for an account?
A. Yes. Signing up for an account simply allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your name, address, telephone number and email address for future purchases (it does not store your credit card information).


Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Visa Debit. If you would like to pay with a MasterCard Debit please select "Checkout with PayPal" (this card can only be processed through this method). Please note: you will not be required to set up a PayPal account when purchasing with Stockade.


Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders are normally sent out the same day or the next day at the latest.


Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. Shipping charges are based on your location and the method of shipping you choose. Please see our Shipping page for more information.


Q. How will my order be sent?
A. Orders are shipped with Canada Post. Please see our Shipping page to learn more about our different shipping options.


Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Your location and choice of shipping will influence the time it takes to receive your order. Orders sent by our usual method of shipping, Canada Post Expedited Parcel, will typically take 1-3 days to reach addresses in Ontario and 3–12 days for other Provinces. Please see our Shipping page for more information.


Q. If an item is out of stock can it be put it on backorder?
A. Sorry, we do not accept backorders.


Q. How do I return an item?
A. Visit our Return Policy page for information on how to return an item.


Q. When will my return be processed?
A. Please allow 5-7 business days following the receipt of your parcel for our warehouse to process your return and issue a refund or exchange.


Q. Do you have a retail location?
A. No, we do not have a retail location open to the public but we do offer self-pickup for local customers. Please see our Shipping page for more information. 


Q. How can I change my username and/or password?
A. You can edit your account details at the My Account page.


Q. How do I remove myself from your mailing list?
A. Simply email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-463-0920 and ask to be removed from our mailing list.


Q. Can I receive a copy of your catalogue?
A. Stockade's catalogue can be sent to addresses all across Canada. If you'd like to receive one by mail please request one online (Stockade Catalogue) or email us your name and mailing address. The catalogue contains just a sampling of all the available items. For the full selection please browse online. Please note: we do not mail catalogues outside of Canada.
