Quilling is an art form that involves the use of paper strips that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs. Originally feather quills were used as a tool to roll the paper, this is where the term 'quilling" originated. Quilled items are used as scrapbook embellishments to decorate scrapbook pages, wedding invitations, birth announcements and greeting cards. Any white glue that dries clear can be used to complete your quilled projects. Strips measure 17" long by 1/8" wide and are sold in 100 piece packages.
