Neons (formerly called Hot Shots) are fluorescent acrylic paints made with bright, concentrated neon colours. The fluorescent content makes them super bright and reflective of light. Neons can be used to create dramatic highlights for decorative painting. Also ideal for posters, signs, kids crafts and more. Suitable for all craft surfaces, including fabric.
