Unique Ultra-Matte Varnish has zero sheen. It can be used as a final finish, but its great tooth means you can also use it as a clear ground. It will readily accept other media such as chalk, pastel, colored pencil, and graphite. It is a brush-on non-yellowing, polyurethane varnish which provides a tough, flexible, crystal clear fast-drying finish. Water-based non-toxic and good for interior or exterior use.
