Frame Kit - Ships Wheel - 4 1/2" tall

This frame kit contains two pieces; the ships wheel base and a round ring to form the frame. Simply glue together after painting. The interior circular space measures 2 1/4" dia, with the 3" top ring layered on top of the 4 1/2" shape.
