This product is for use on most porous and non-porous surfaces (not for use on glass or tile). It penetrates porous surfaces creating a non-porous protective barrier - requiring fewer layers of paint. Use it to create a slight texture, or 'tooth', for easier paint adhesion on both porous and non-porous surfaces. This product dries clear and matte (non-shiny). It is ideal for wood, paper mache, paper, terra cotta, plaster, resin and bisque.
